Subframe bushes?

Just a quickie folks, when I nail it and the wheels start spinning the back end starts banging and hopping about, is this due to the subframe bushes being knackered? Or could I be looking at something more sinister?

    Worn rear subframe bushes and/or worn rear shocks...and other bushes.

     

    Subframe spacers are a cheaper alternative to replacement subframe bushes, which are an expensive labour intensive job to replace.
