Help Please........flood Water!!!!

Last night i drove through some water, stupid i know but all the roads were flooded so i had no other choice.

it cut out in the water, so i pushed it out, went back this morning and it wont start.

its got a blitz stillen air filter on it!!

the rac man took the plugs out and turned it over, water shot out of 1 port at the back. it then ran but cut out again.

he said the inter cooler would have dragged more water up. so he disconnected the inter cooler and took the plugs of again. this time water shot out of 3 ports than made a funny noise!

it wont run and he said the water has got past the pistons.

any help or advise would be graetfully recived, or has anybody got an engine for sale?

I did the very same once, water was sucked up my air flow, up into the engine and bent the con rods. it was the same symptoms that your explaining. :(

Yep I did the same :( do a search and you will find the info and pics of mine and what went wrong.

we have a tt engine for £700 if needed ?

pull the plugs out and do a compression check b4 you spend money on a new engine though.

while the engine will be out, whats the best way to get power?

might aswell do it now to save taking it all apart in future.

i only want 400-450 bhp, nothing silly!!

cheers for your help.
