I have just been out in the Zed and pulled up only to find steam pouring out the car. Opened the bonnet to have a look and could see it spurting out behind the drivers side of the block right at the top from the rubber pipe which connects to metal pipe I have circled in the picture attached.

Does anyone know where the bottom of this pipe connects to and how easy it is to change please, please, please ?

Many thanks in advance,

Olly.

Cheers, just found this pic and you are right lol, does anyone know how easy it is to change and how I go about it ?

It's a pain to change but it's possible with tiny hands.

Just goes to the bulkhead for the heater.

You can bypass it to the other big metal pipe there, removing the heater from the loop but it's a bit cold this time of year!

Why bypass it? That would mean MORE work lol. Pipe is relatively simple to replace, bit fiddly but no major components to remove to get to it....

What I want to know is how you got in my garage and took that pic!!LOL! :wack:

I replaced both of my pipes - not too expensive from Nissan - trick is to connect the bottom of the pipes first, then the top of the pipes - that way they are still bendy enough to get tools onto them....Took me less than 1 hour to do them.
