Run away!!!! These things come up on here every so often. It fools the ECU into thinking there's a good flow of cold air coming in to the engine. Not recommended for use on a car with any kind of forced induction. I'm sure somebody who knows more than me will post in a second with a better explanation, but the bottom line is, don't do it.

    thought they just fooled the ecu into thinking the engines running cold thus using more fuel? either way its a mod i wouldnt dare go near
