When I post a link to ebay or a photo

then It has massive Link, but some people change it to just Ebay or clicky

HOW THE FOOK DO YOU DO THIS

Under the advanced post tab there is an insert Hyperlink button above the message main body window.

 

Its a little globe with what looks like a paper clip - click that & follow what it says.

Why doesn't 300zx.co.uk display teh full path of a thread link so you can copy and paste a link to another thread?

you can right click on the thread number on the top right corner then copy shortcut or right click the title and copy...

 

not sure why it doesnt have the link in the address though - prob something to do with the software we use.

For anyone else who's spent 30 mins trying to solve this mystery...Its actually the right click on the thread and select 'copy shortcut' though, otherwise you just link to the individual post and not the full thread!
