A/C Clutch

A/C hasn't worked for a long time. Condenser was shot. I've replaced the condenser and had it regassed. All electrical systems are functioning okay - and the clutch operates and runs the aircon (and cools okay)... but draws 25amps to do so. (Obviously blowing the fuse, so I was operating it directly)

 

Has anyone had this problem and managed to solve it?

or

Does anyone have a replacement clutch assy (or maybe a complete compressor) that I can buy from them?
