just got my mongoose and more to come

ive just installed a catback mongoose zorst,sounds pretty good so far i'm well happy,ive now got a jwt chip going in on saturday and i cant wait,i'm finally on my way to mod heaven,,yippeeeeeeee.if anyone can give me ideas on further mod'in that would be much appreciated ,ive also got a turbo timer and boost jets going in on sat and any advise on those would be appreciated 2.

Get the cats out and a decent induction kit, quick, easy to do and quite cheap for the gains you will get.

ive got a k+n induction kit but i dont think 2 much of it,what do you have? ive thought about cats out with new down pipes but i'm gonna wait a month til my road test is out the way ,my car is a 1993 uk tt and have been told its too new to take cats out,illegal ,i'm gonna anyway cos ive been told the exhaust would sound even better and i should get a bit more performance out of it!

hey Jay, how much did that cost ya?? & where did you get it.

 

i need one myself, was thinking mongoose or scorpion but someone at the slough meet said the build quality was a bit suspect on the scorpions, so im prob gonna go for a mongoose myself. what did the little blighter look like, good welds etc? did it all fit ok??

paul,the mongoose is a nice bit of kit,sounds good, looks good and will cost just over £500 of gps(johnny) well worth its money ,i should of got 1 ages ago,

when i first got it, i looked at it and thought fuck its massive its never gonna fit!the welds all looked good and i am really pleazed with it,its cost £20 to fit at a local garage so wat more do u want,

 

get 1 mate its well worth it!
