We all the know the Z engine bay is pretty tight - putting your hand in to work anywhere results in a noise similar to a McDonalds straw being inserted through the plastic drinks lid!

Anyway, saw this GTO on eBay a thought it looked even more difficult to work on than the Z! (The engine also looks 'off centre' compared to the Z!)

So, apart from 300's and this GTO, are there any other contenders for the 'most cramped engine bay' prize?

I agree the GTO is'nt much fun, neither is a lot of jobs on the Impreza, becuase of its Boxer engine design.

i had a 740 bmw. 4.4 V8. i wouldn't know where to start!!

You're not wrong there! Good call!

Yep my boss had an 850 new years ago and it was a gorgeous car.

The only BMW I'd ever have apart from the old shark nosed 6 series :)
