I have been given the go ahead on an idea i have had to provide a parcel service to subscribed members so hopefully it will make it easier to send bits and with the cost of the post office now should also save some money ;)

 

I'm not going into too much detail now as its not all done yet but i need some kind of form designing that people can easily fill out either online or a form that can be filled out say in word etc and emailed across?

 

I have done a basic one but i'm not overly great on word but the form need to be similar but so only the bits thats needed can be filled in etc

 

Any help would be appreciated :)

Wouldn't size and weight be important to include on the form? You might turn up to collect and find it's a parcel wrapped Zed! lol

well yes and no, at first i will be offering some basic services so will outline the guidlines to post the item but if theres the requirement then i will look into specialist stuff like international or big stuff, bumpers etc but not cars LOL

 

As i said this is just to get some ideas on the form i will need :)
