Same question I asked a police occifer when he pulled me over for having a loud exhaust so I will tell you what he told me "no comment".

got a mate who is getting in trouble with the police for his exhaust been too loud!

this sort of thing makes me laugh, tell the cops to go and stand next to a lambo or an enzo and then moan about exhuast noizeyet they are lleft alone, the old bill pick on you if its an aftermarket big arse exhuast as they assume idiot racer driver.

 

never stopped me with my kakimoto one on my old zed and not stopped with the tubi on the esprit either.
