was just wonderng would it work out better to get a GTR from japan or one in the UK. i have been looking at R33 GTR and they start at £8000 to £12000 but if i did get one i would like it to be stock

think kirbz would be your best bet as he knows all about them and seems to be getting into the import game

Speak to Lee at Import-ance. When I got my Z from him, he'd gotten a stunning white R33 GTR in. He's your man if you want to get the best you can for the money.

That depends if you're prepaired to either buy blind or put your trust in an agent. Lee's lucky in the fact that he has a quality agent, but you might not be as lucky. Just tread with caution. :)

to be honest if its a cheap one then theres really good value gtr's in this country, they tend to still fetch good money in japan especially the R32's (decent ones)

 

are you after a 32 or 33?? theres a stunning one on the gtr club in MP with 19" volks and its the right price as well ;)

I would agree with Mike, you can buy better Skyline's in the UK for less money than importing them over... friend of mine bought a Skyline R33 GTR for approx £8K just before Christmas and it was in midnite purple!! I checked the car over for him and it was surprisingly in good order... and he wasn't a dealer or anything just wanted an R33 GTR...
