I read in a few threads earlier in the year, and a few years ago that there was someone who sold a double din 300zx dash board. Would really appreciate one of these as i have a full kenwood pack including bluetooth and ipod and sat nav, and im quite partial to my double din to be honest.

I have a double din Pioneer stereo that i have fitted by hacksawing off the centre divider between the two din sliots. It looks a bit messy but the stereo fits fine.

guess thats what im doing tonight then.

its japanese but they do ship to england and the sell proper made double din faces plates they come in black silver carbon or blue carbon i think delivered worked out about £55

i can always go for the hacksaw, but with the angle of the dash its going to be tricky to get a nice tidy fit. Anyone know of any pictures of someone who has hacked the dash. And not used fiberglass and have a degree in arts and crafts, just cut and shut????

You really need to be able to read Japanese, though. If you click the menu option (left hand side) that starts with 'Z32' and then scroll down about half way you'll see these:
