Begs the question why they were filming being towed....but makes for an amusing out take. Least it wasn't a nice car.

Looked like it was some kind of rally car so an in car video wouldn't be that out of the ordinary...

Oh no, I'm not saying it's suprising that there's a camera there, just suprised they bothered to record the car being towed by a Freelander.

Not sure what I'd do in a situation like that, I guess I'd stamp on the brakes in the hope that the guy towing me would check his mirror!

thats the car andy forrest (scooby tuner from edinburgh, he's got a 9 sec car, needs to be seen to be believed!!) was over mapping, the owner of the car flew andy over just to re-map the car and fit a few bits and bobs.........should be runnin in the low 10's when set up right..........the full footage shows him being towed at over 50 :nono: through villages and even overtaking other cars and vans!!!! :slap:

I would have sounded the horn! He had battery power as you can hear him flip his hazard warning lights on.

passenger was pressing the horn, but i guess it didn't work.

Mind you if it were a Zed, the brakes, horn, lights and seatbelts would probably fail at that point  . Can't complain though, I've only had to fix 4 faults this week LOL!

how did it crash anyway, did his steering lock or sumthing

No keys in ignition, steering lock came on round the sharp left hander, say hello to Mr tree :D
