Replacement Sills and Arches

Anybody know where i can purchase replacement sills and rear arches from and roughly how much they'd be?

 

There was a place i found ages ago that sold ford granada replacement arches for £12 each.

 

Just thinking if i'm spending the money getting the paintwork sorted out for the summer i might as well get replacements welded in and save having to do the same thing again next year.
