do re-circ's need to be removed?

my thinking is that if i put a dump valve right before the throttle body the air would escape through the aftermarket valve before it could get back down to the re-circ.

 

does this make sense?

    If fitting aftermarket dump valves, the existing stock ones either need to be disconnected or completly removed, choice is yours :)
