January 18, 200718 yr Trouble with the D2's is that the spring rates are very harsh (much harsher than Teins). Definatly track orientated, and not really for the road. Nissan OEM Front 2.8kg/mm (157 lb) Rear 2.4kg/mm (134 lb) Eibach Pro springs Progressive Front (185-250 lb) Rear (145-200 lb) Tein Flex Coilovers Front 8kg/mm Rear 6kg/mm D2 RS Coilovers Front 13kg/mm (727 lb) Rear 7kg/mm (392 lb)
January 18, 200718 yr Author i've got way to much time on my hands, so, what about this item http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NISSAN-300zx-240sx-EVO-8-BREMBO-caliper-relocator_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ42605QQihZ003QQitemZ130068820393QQrdZ1 i've checked for the corresponding calipers and discs from ebay and the whole lot could be put together for between 500-600quid. can any other packages be picked up for less?
January 18, 200718 yr Same spec as the Skyline GTR upgrade, although the GTR calipers are pretty much a stright bolt on without the need for the bracket.
January 18, 200718 yr Author how much d'ya think it would be for the GTR package and how often do they come up for sale? i really want to upgrade the brakes before i start on anything else...
