What can i use to spruce up the dashboard?

Ive got the clocks out so thought i might aswell clean it up.

I dont want to take it out though as the clocks were hard enough so im after some kind of product like back to black but thats preferably not a spray, something like a wax but that is a black paint type thingy whojuwotsit.
