I got mine before I got my SS hard pipes and the intention was to have purple silicon hose sections for them, but that didn't quite turn out in the end. But it does contrast nicely with the red :dance:

Idea is go for purple and chrome under the bonnet and contrast the standard black engine bay paint :D

Nick, look at the deamon tweaks site for your hose, I have purple hose on mine and every other place give you a 4 week lead time and then take longer, deamon tweaks is next day and the same price.

Right bit of an update:

 

Started fitting the series 2 interior, haven't had time to go and buy the seatbelt brackets to weld in for the front and back belts but i'll do that this week all being well but the rest is in there.

 

While i was doing it i've routed my datascan cable up inside the centre arm rest so i can quickly connect up and diagnose the car/record info on drag runs :D

 

 

 

Also after my little knock i now have adapted the front end to fit the 99 spec front bumper, doesn't look to bad with it being black but next job is to find the colour code and get it in for a spray
