I think all ISP customer sevice is SH!T from previous experience

Anyone heard of/got Be*

Just diong a google on ISP's

iv never heard of it

I am one of the muppets that origionally signed up to TalkTalk, and yes it was shit at the start but for the last couple of months it has become as fast as my old Wanadoo connection and no reliabilty problems, I think they had so much bad publicity over it they have sorted it out before people lost faith in all their products.

Oh and its free :D

ISP means Internet Service Provider ;) so why go moaning about internet from Orange, Tesco, Sky, Carphone Whorehouse etc that's free LOL

If you pay an ISP instead of the "get something for nothing" cut down service crap you'll get what you're paying for - internet ;)

Free how come? :smw:

Well nothing is free really but if they take over the home phone line as well then the broadband is free, my landline bill has increased by about £2 a month since changing so not too bad I guess.

TalkTalk was a nightmare for us too for a while - but since they bought AOL the hope is they'll get better! BUT... that's not going to shift their 200,000 end user backlog of people who are still waiting to be signed up!

Simon.

ive been with Orange for years and recently theyve gone right downhill - bitten off more than they can chew in my opinion. i was on the phone to their 'customer services' for over an hour (not talking, WAITING!) a couple of weeks ago. and theyve still buggered my bills up! :xxx:

having said that, im managing 7.8mbps and reliability is about 98%
