Headlights Too Dim

Hiya!

 

My dipped headlights are absolutely shocking. Cant see much.

I've heard Xenons are the go, but the books says 55watt max.

Anyone managed to get theirs brighter with higher wattage?

    Worth doing a search on this!

     

    But - cleaning the inside of them makes a huge difference - dirt builds up over the years and that's why they're so dim.

     

    High tech / brighter bulbs help too but cleaning is more important.

     

    And HIDs make a massive difference.
