heaters not hot after matrix change?

exactly as per the title i have changed my heater matrix, but now the car doesnt seem to get anywhere near as hot as it did before. i have bled the system time and again, but still no joy.

 

any ideas why? its cold out there, with the roof off!

    Do you get any heat at all? If not, then sounds like the dreaded airlock. Do a search on airlock and you'll get lots of references.

    cheers fella. the heaters get warm but not hot. when its set to 40 now it feels like it used to on 20-21ish
