but you have the right to buy it back off of the insurance company! for considerably less then they pay you. what you get as payment could potentially put your z back on the road (damage dependent)

oh no they wont buddy if you ask them how much it would be to buy the car back after they have paid out for it buddy you should be able to fix it with the money they pay you matey

Then simply tell them that you'll buy it back from them, it's your legal right. Then you have the repair done with the remainder of the pay out from them.

the only thing is that on the out side it looks nothing mayor, but when i was driving it back to the house i notice that it has lost power and it was smoking a lot i think the turbos a fxxxed or maybe the air intake i dont no

With that damage it could be a number of things. Could be something been knocked off!
