I have had the odd running issue with my Zed the last couple of months - an intermittent miss-fire when cold, sticky throttle after a long fast run, and the speed sensor failed again last week after trying Jeff's old epoxy resin fix a while back.....
....So I did what we advise everyone else to do and called Jimmer.
Jim recommended the full engine loom replacement, new ethanol friendly injectors, ERG delete, new rocker cover gaskets and a plenum tart-up with new bolts etc., to improve the engine bay appearance!
So I dropped the car at Powerzed on Monday morning and Jim sent me the first progress pictures today!
And while it's there he'll be fitting a few other new parts, including the brand new OEM speed sensor I got from Japan. More pics to follow no doubt😉

Has anyone ever tried to get the stock temperature gauge to work accurately?
I'm sure it must be possible to make some mods to the circuitry to make it read over a wider range and be more sensitive.
I like the stock look so I don't want extra gauges and at the moment I use Datascan once a month to check everything is OK, which is a pain.
Any electronics genius's out there?
