mines gone so need to either get it recored or get a new one... these seem spot on and i am thinking of getting one, does anyone have any experience of this firm or these radiators who can give an informed opinion?

looks good to me bud,mine blew a while ago,luck andyz had one,read spec on it,not bad at all,had quote of £250 to rebuild mine and those toyo rads are nearer £300,so imo go 4 it bud :)

OE Spec..Looks like plastic end tanks.

 

Should be better than a 2nd Hand OEM unit.

i've asked them if its a straight replacement for the original, if it is then i'll get one and see what its like, may as well as its gunna cost me close on that to get mine recored...

Do yourself and your car a favor Tony spend a bit more and go for the all aluminium Kayo rad 25% extra cooling worth the extra pennies

 

is this a direct bolt on replacement Carl? i thought u needed brackets and a new bonnet catch thingy?

 

if so then i just cant justify 300+ for this item to be honest, plus unless i see hard figures in front of me about performance then i'm none the wiser really...

 

i KNOW in my own mind the Koyo ones are probably superior, but for more then double the price are they worth the extra?

The engine in the zed is prone to running a bit hot esp at the rear cylinders, any improvement to cooling the engine down is going to be a bonus even improve combustion, i've not heard of anyone say a bad word about the Koyo rad yet, one of the things on my wish list.

 

The link is how to fit one its not the same rad but not having fitted one to a zed i should imagine its pretty much the same, im sure someone on here prob has fitted 1 and can advise you on fitting one. :)

Definately worth the extra yes ! Lighter, much larger and all Aluminium, instead of plastic ends.

 

The Majortiy of any Reliablity issues with the TT are from excess heat, especially with increased boost - the stock Rad is not really up to the job.

 

£280 from SWZ. Direct fit. Stock brackets can be modified to fit, although many just fit without.

cheers guys, the seller of this has told me its a direct replacement, so i may well give this a try, my car as with most does run hot, but my mechanics gunna try a little something to help this, i'll let you know if it works...
