i agree with some cameras ie round by schools and built up areas but if i remember right when they did a survey on accidents on motorways and dual carragways that the majority of accidents wasnt caused by speed but tiredness and people going to slow stuch in the outside or middle lane (ie on the phone,doing make up or reading a map book) bout time they concentrated on doing something about that instead of thinking of pennies that come from the speeding fines
