anybody here know about omex?

I have a mate who is trying to map an omex ecu, the map was transferred no problem previously with winmap2000 but he has 3000 and is wondering if this could be the reason he cant upload the map from his laptop to the unit.

 

Any help would be appreciated from you lovely knowledgable people..
