Air/fuel controller

Just a question about air/fuel controllers.

 

If i use a piggy back air/fuel controller on my stock E.C.U,does this not mean that i dont have to get my e.c.u chipped or do i still have to get it chipped.

    An a/f controller will only alter the fuelling, you would usually need to adjust the ignition timing too. So the answer is yes, you should need to get it chipped too.
