oil pressure gauge

My battery died on me in the week so have just fitted new battery engine fired up straight away but oil gauge showing no oil pressure. dont want to damage engine so switched off tried again still same any ideas cheers

    The nissan sender unit for the guage is crap bud , they seem to work when they feel like it , if you,ve only swapped the battery and everything was fine before then there shouldn,t be a problem with your pressure , just needs a good warm up to get the oil thin , should start working again :dance:

    Time to fit an aftermarket sender and guage , very reliable :bow:
