dyno results

Today I had a general health check on my newly aquired Jap Z. It passed with flying colours. ;)

The dyno resulted in 230BHP at the wheels. Is this figure similar to what other people have had?

The guy at the garage reckoned that you loose roughly 30% power in the transmission, what do you reckon?

My Z is an auto (1990) and is decatted with an Apexi super megaphone exhaust.

    yup that is about right for standerd maby just a bit more say 5 bhp, do your ecu, intake and you will get quit abit more,

    mine ran 295 bhp on standerd boost on the wheels
