I hope ive done the link right its my first try. ive just been looking on e-bay and have just seen these non turbo exhaust manifolds, they just seem too cheap to be true at £79.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions about thes, thanks for your help guys........

i have seen these and have been very tempted to try for the price. tbh smithy is the person to speak to if you want top of the range items as he has gone to great lengths to get some made up and seem like they are fantastic quality.

the ebay ones do state that the require no modification so up to you mate.

The ebay ones didnt fit my car without some adjustment, one of the pipes fouled the steering so had to be knocked in with a hammer and the o2 sensors were in the wrong place, added to the fact that build quality was not fantastic and the weld split I had them taken off again and waited a couple of years for the right ones. I have a set of Smithys headers being fitted on the 19th of January and a dyno run 2 weeks after.

Also if you see the ebay headers in the flesh you will notice the middle pipes are different lengths on each side, that is because they are a copy of Stillens headers which I also had a set of, the pipes lenghts were altered to fit the LHD cars not RHD cars, some people have managed to fit theirs without problems, others like me not, it is the same with front strut braces, some people can fit them without it fouling the bonnet, others cant.

My opinion, get some decent ones, they are not the easiest thing to fit so dont waste time fitting second rate items.

1ST off mate thats the starting price 79 quid.

These are 1 of the 2 pairs i sourced for comparison purposes when having N/A manifolds made in the UK. If you want manifolds that are Gauranteed, are high flowing, will actually give you a performance gain and gauranteed right hand drive fitment with sensors locations in the correct place, then yer looking at 400 quid bud, i've 2 pairs in stock after being let down, so feel free to mail me smithy@manx.net

If however you just want something cheap, again i can sort you with the very ones your looking at, as I have a aset of these sat around looking like they belong on a xmas tree :) 100 quid delivered.

Just 1 word of warning though, just like the ones yer looking at on ebay now, you may as well use as a xmas decoration for all the benefit your gonna get, sozzzz
