Elvington is a hoot - granted I've not done it in a Z, only the MR2, but the course that BaT lay out should suit either pretty well (the Supra driver was certainly having fun) - some long sweeping bends, couple of tight chicanes, nice tight complex at the top end..

 

Ok it's not a track, but it's still damn good fun, and 'oop north' to boot ;)

hey if it works then an air field will sufice! so elving tons is onthe short list then ... im asking the same question on our forum so we shall see ...ill get a list of afew and prices etc ...

some of the guys on SO.com have suggested oulton park .....might suit both cars ...

I din't get my tyre sorted until 1.05pm, they had it on a bloody ramp thing since 10.50!!!!!!!

Anyways got it sorted for £135 (bridgestone). Will need to do the other tyre on payday to match it.

 

How did you lot compare to the skylines? Or did you not hang around for them? :)

lol we (the skylines) got our colective butts kicked only one gtr there to be fair and it was making 390bhp ...the closest after that was a gts t at 302....the i think 275 255 and me bringing up the rear with 183.....still was good laff

oh and the "track day" may now be a saterday on the track with a drag strip run on the sunday.....
