orange is wanadoo so the service is good, however it's free only if you have the 2gb month usage allowance, or unlimited useage for an extra £10.00 a month. and it's only 2meg speed.

Actually it's only £5 for the upgrade, and it's upto 8meg with the upgrade. Looking at this myself as I'm already an Orange customer.

well living in the back of beyond i only get 54mbps anyway.

im on the option one for bt and i think that thats only 2gb a month and not had any probs with it yet.

my company sets up peoples broadband all the time never heard bad things about orange.

where as talktalk total shite

ive been with them since they were Freeserve! not had a single problem with them, although having said that they do seem to be having problems recently, and sometimes once per day i'll lose connection for 10 minutes

been with orange mobile for a while too so i went for the free broadband package - £35 per month for mobile and 8mb unlimited b/b - sick!

I hate to put a downer on the whole orange thing but I'm with them at the moment through my mobile contract and I think its shocking. I thought it might be the software I'm using or the hardware so spoke to the professionals and they said loads of people have moaned and are sometimes without for days at a time. thankfully mine just goes down for minutes...or on rare occasion hours.

Having said that it could be cos I live in a big apartment complex....does that slow it down if everyone is on at the same time?

Who knows

Rob

How can you say Orange never goes down? A few months ago every one went down for nearly 2 weeks because they did not pay BT the bill.
