Can some measure some stock front springs for me?

I have been looking for some stock front springs to raise the ride height a little to protect my new front bumper and have just realised that I have some down at my parents house. Only problem is I don't know if they are front or rear ones and they live an hour away so cant just pop round with a tape measure.

 

The old man has measured them for me and they are 4.5 inches wide and just under 14 inches long?

 

Does this sound like fronts or backs to you lot?
