I wouldn't say it looked fantastic but i have to say i find following the whole project is pretty fascinating and the finished quality of the fibreglass work is really good.

BUT as you say, waste of a good classic sports car

Oh yeah, it's quite an interesting bit of workmanship. Looks very well done as well. But, although it resembles it, anyone with half a brain would know it's not one...hehe.

I dearly want an NSX!!!

I think most of the members on here would give their right *****ck (or tit) for one :D

I've always loved them from an young age when it appeared on the need for speed on pc

Every time I see this I'm impressed by the quality of work that's gone into it. Si, there is a particular (albeit small) section of Japanese car culture devoted to building replicas. For example see here: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=79679

I'm not defending it. Merely pointing it out. Before you leap in, teeth bared and guns blazing like usual. :p

lol, i think it's good some people are willing to put themselves out to replicate their dream car :D

I looked at replicating the XJ220 in fibreglass with a rear mounted Jag V12 in the chassis but someone's already been there and done it

the work gone into the car is amazing if only i could do that, but i dont think it looks that convincing should have done an F40
