It's bin day today - everyone in the street has put their bins out.

Not recyling bins - the regular ones.

We've got too much rubbish this week so me and the Mrs went down the street putting the excess bin bags into other people's bins.

Some old bloke came out and *****cked the Mrs and told her to take the rubbish out of his bin and take it to the tip.

What a whinging auld twat. Maybe I should wage a war of petty crime and victimisation on him?

pathetic.... some old people are just a waste of oxygen!

You won't say that when they start charging by the weight of your rubbish and other people put their excess in your bins. :smash:

i think if they start charging by weight - the public will go mental

reckon we pay enough council tax per month!! £102.00 per month (down my end) multiply that by an average of say 50 hourses (per road) = £5100 ..... and how many fooking roads are in southampton

I'll burn it all then and dump the rest in a layby on the A1.

There's no room. They're all full of burned out cars and old fridges!

quite right i've just left my old fridge on the A1 this morning!

I had too much one day and I recycle so i simply asked the neighbours no problem they said.

But then I do have some very nice and helpful neighbours and would do the same for them. :)

yeah while we're not being charged for amount of rubbish its ok to use other's bins as long as theyre out and waiting to be collected. using them through the week is being a little cheeky of course...

But you have to remember, that your bin will not be emptied if it is too heavy. What happened if the stuff you put in made it too heavy?

And with this paying by weight. What is going to stop people putting stuff in your bin making you pay for it?

Most people put the bin out the night before, that is all night where some one can put more in. Really the only way to make sure is to run out with it when the bin lorry comes.
