why cant i find anything on KSP dump valves??

any help gratefully recieved!!

    they are sold by andy z from this forum! he dont know what they are??

    it looks like they fit onto origonal recirc valve and once return air hose is removed they just vent ait to atmosphere???

    i think i have heard of ksp b4 but cant find anything????
