Folks,

My drivers seat won't go all the way back!

There must be some sort of stopper because the motor winds the seat backwards and forwards just fine, but I reckon it could (should) go back another two or three inches at least. How can I adjust it?

Thanks,

T

Thanks lads. I've tried that already and found a key (????!!!) but it still won't go back far enough. I'll have another look. Is there any kind of regulator or something?

no i dont think so . it has to be something jamming it. the seats come out really easy its a case of 4 bolts and its out. may be worth taking it right out and taking the subframe off to check throughly . you may find its yen cos they are really small coins i found 4 coins under my seat in my jap import.

may be worth a shot

if not the seats may have been taken out in the past and the sub frame may have been installed incorrectly. there is a link between each side of the runners if they are out of line one side will reach its max be for the other and the seat will twist slightly. but this is also a sign of a coin jam so try the easiest option first lol.
