i want to change the drivers seat in my car for a race style recliner like a cobra or corbeau, do any of you know whether any of the top companies do a seat subframe for the z? If so who?

 

any help greatfully received :D

Cobra, Recaro and OMP do seat frames for the Zed. Don't know if any others do, but I suspect they all use the same frame anyway.

cobra dont bud, had this reply from them:

Thank you for your recent e-mail. I'm afraid that we do not manufacture

a subframe for the Nissan 300ZX. The only way that you could fit any of

our seats into the car would be by fabricating something from the

original subframe to suit our 292mm (left to right) by 330mm (front to

back) base fixings.

waiting on an answer from Corbeau cos their yank site has them for the 300 so...

Plenty of guy's here got Cobra Seats and if you speak to tweeks they can get seat frames for Cobra seats as I enquired but gave John Dixon the Cobras I had.
