Today i was driving my Zed and all of a sudden my Hicas,Light's came on and will not go off. My battery light is partily Illuminated and the stock boost gauge is sticking at -7 even if you boot it?? My aftermarket boost gauge is working fine and shows no probs.

I have checked all my lights and they are fine! The alternator is charging ok with 13.9 volts at idle.

My Hicas fluid is at full .

Fuses are ok and earthing points are ok as well as battery connections

Found this post above but was never solved from what i could see or the resulting problem was not posted..

Any Idea's?????

i Have searched for the same problem i have and only found the similar post above!

Only thing that comes to mind here bud is a faulty alternator .. a dim red light usualy indicates the one of the diodes in the alternator are breaking down .. you will still get voltage from it and a certain amount of current ... while you have the engine runnign turn on every electrical appliance leave it for 10 mins then try a volt test while its all on .. thats if u dont have someone local who can do a dummy load test for you .. its worth checking all your earth points too
