OK - just talked to Middlehurst Nissan garage in St.Helens and asked them about this £25 charge. The chap there said its only charged when the part number cannot be found on disc and he said for the 300zx it has been around so long and that the part numnbers are 99% the same as each other that its unlikely that a charge will need to be made as they will have them all on disc.
