I just got a call from the company saying they were very sorry for the dalay and the CD ROM is in the post.

Not got mine mate. Probably because I didn't order one lol. I would like one though. And the video from JAE where you followed me out onto the A1.

:shock: youre joking!!! that was weeks and weeks ago! i hope youve sent one or two rather unpleasant emails their way!

I have just been on the phone to them, they said it took one month to process the order because someone was on holiday, now I can't have the CD because I had 28 different cars on it, which goes against the terms and conditions as stated on the website. I Can still have the CD but I have to pay an extra £10 per car? so I told them to stuff it!

 

Then I checked the website and there is NO reference to this extra £10 per car - so I called them back and let them know I am not best pleased!

 

They are investigating and will call be back with a best price?

 

I just want a refund now...!

Mate. send it to the people organising the charity event, i bet they will get on it as its funds they will be missing out on.

I have managed to sort this out today and my CD is in the post. I only have to pay £5 a car. I want the pics so I have gone ahead anyway.....

 

I am pretty sure I have some of you going sideways! we will see when it arrives tomorrow! :dance:
