Like I said, respect to everybody and from everybody.

 

But you have to act in a respectful way to recieve it, and if she wasn't then she should have had a quiet word with the teacher not made coments like the ones she did, and reading between the lines and not wanting to judge without knowing, to get arrested she must have been abusive and that is wrong.

It should have been dealt with at the school with the parents involved.

It should have been dealt with in school. The parents should have been informed and asked to attain the school for a chat about school policy as would have happened at any other school. If it was felt a child was playing up in lessons. As would happen with any real good school the parents would have been asked to attend for a meeting with the head teacher and the teacher involved. It's called school discipline, and proceedure.
