My resting HR was 38 BPM because it missed 9 of them.

Bonus is the heart dont miss a beat when I am gently exercising, just when im full tilt or when I stop.

One good thing is many people would be out cold under 40bpm. thank fook I wasnt a couch potato. then again maybe I wouldnt be having this sheet.

That is an answer from one hell of a confused person

Did I miss something?!?

What happened with your fine collection of european speeding tickets?

That sounds like it might possibly be good news. I don't think being a couch potato has much to do with it though: yellow fever is a bugger, and perhaps if you'd been a couch potato as well you'd be dead now. Sounds like you're in good hands with the docs at any rate.

just stay away from caffeine mate - that'll raise your BMP and no mistake!

Good luck and hope it all works out for you.

Richard

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

38bpm is about right for an olympic cyclist - or a hippo!

Ok I know I put on a few ppounds, but a hippo? Common!

And as for a cyclyst I have never been near exotic steroids and thier counter measures. And there is no way anyone is putting a tube down my japs eye.

Are you sure that's normal? My uncle suffers from an underactive thyroid gland and he was a rugby ref, his heart beat never went above 70/80 when he was running around until they sorted it out

yep.

at a gentle jog my heart rate is around 60-70 bpm last time I was recorded doing a test which was 2 years ago I peaked at 189bpm.

Problem is, if I play tennis I can hit 150bpm after teh first decent point, which is kind of a shit as I am a tennis coach

You'd better be careful being around all those posh girls in tennis skirts then, one look the wrong way and your a dead man!

Only joking mate :)

only when I go to another club mate. no posh totty at my club at all

And even if you did ur missus would kick your arse into the middle of next week ;) Hope it works out for you bud! If its any help, smoke weed lol. Resting heart rate is 52 bpm on that an I'm about the unhealthiest person on the planet ;) LMAO
