Now i have Falken 451's all round on my lowered zed SWB TT i took the chance last night to see how good the grip and corniering ability is. And by gum its good. I can weave the car through bends and roundabouts quickly. And where i did push it a bit to far the loss in traction was gradual with a nice squel from the tyres to warn me.

The handling is not in the same league as one of the 4x4 rally car scoobies i suppose but for thrills per pound i am very happy :)

Aye ive been banging on about the 451's for many years and people are starting to believe me LOL

Yeah, love Falkans. Fulda's well worth a look too. No need to remortgage the house to shod your car with Bridgestones, Goodyears and Toyo's!

All the performance without the snob value means you get a bargain. Bit like the Zed all round don't you think!!! ;) :nana2:

Falkens are gaining quite a reputaion lately. I have the 452's that have superceeded the 451's and they are excellent.

The difference between a zed on tired old stock suspension with budget tyres, and one on a decent suspension setup with good quality tyres is like night and day.

I've driven so many zed's that would of put me off them for life if they had been the first example I'd driven !

Same here 452's all round and they are ace

The thing is with these Falkens (very good tyre BTW) I used to have J spec wheels all round, 225's not a problem they do that size. I have now bought a set of UK wheels and they don't do them in 245 for the rear :headvswal
