Clifford concept C50, HELP!!!

Can anyone help, as my bad luck seems to be going from bad to worse!!

My car has the above alarm fitted, and after being parked up for a fortnight, the alarm will now not disarm. It seems like the remote has lost the code??

I have been told that if the alarm is put into valet mode, the alarm will be switched off, and the car will start, but, thats providing the valet code hasnt been changed!!!

Has anyone got any ideas of what I can do should the valet code have been changed, and I can disable the alarm??

All sensible suggestions are appreciated.

    Yep get shut and buy a Toad. The cliffords are the most tempremental pile of poo and mine ended up costing me a fortune. Get Rid for your own sake.
