number plate bracket removal??

Does anyone know how to remove front number plate bracket fron uk car, cant see any fixings at all ! ? help... please...

    Reach up behind the bumper and you will find a couple of 10mm bolts.

    Yes, take of the bracket and put plate on a bit lower down

    cant seem to find any bolts from bottom up, is it easy to take front panel off and get to then that way ??

    What are the bolts lined up with to help me feel in the right position, just cant feel any anywhere !!!???
