Help on buying a zed

Am looking at buying a zed, its a uk spec, 130000 miles on the clock but has had a full rebluid. Everything seems fine engine wise but when looking under the car, by both the doors, the under part of the seals seem quite rusty. Is this something to be really bothered about and could anyone give me any advice.

    Don't buy it. Welding to cills on Zeds is not straight forward as they have numerous inner metal structures to provide strength because of the targa roof. These usually corrode as well and can be a major job to make structurally safe.
