The seal on the drivers side removable targa top is making the drivers side window pop out. At high speed i get a loud whistling noise and water gets inside with heavy rain.

Anything i can do with the warped seal or should i get a new one?

I think you need to strip off the door card and check the guide pin and runner. The pin should keep the window tight to the door frame and if the glass is loose or out of adjustment it can rise too far catching the targa top, then you slam the door and the guide pin snaps or the window breaks. The guide rail could also be loose here. It doesnt look like the seal on the targa is at fault here. Is the glass wobbly? if so the pin is already broken. It breaks just inside the glass leaving the black dome head still in the glass and the other bit flopping around in the guide rail. If that is what it is it is not a hard thing to fix if you can get a replacement guide pin.

When the door is open the glass window goes up and is lined up fine with the pillar next to it. And i have the door card of as i am removing the tweed of it for red vinyl. To my novice eye it all looks ok.
