i tried to get rid of them and it fooked my computer up i had to buy a new one do not use any free downloadble soft ware the virus are one step ahead it did me more harm than good

    do not use avg whatever you do, i would pay for a good one than use a free one, it ended up costing me 400 quid by trying to get it done free

    the PC has always had AVG on it and its been spot on to be honest.

    Thing is its my sisters PC as im staying at hers while shes away so i dont want to do anything i shouldn't

    all you would of needed to do is format the hard drive and put windows back on, no need to spend 400 on a new pc

    did not have windows disk though are any of the stuff needed to do it

    all you need to do "acquire" a windows disk, put it in the cd drive at the very start and boot from the cd. then when is gives you options to install on the drive choose "Format using NTFS" and you will have a completly clean drive

    i'd say kaspersky all the way got that on mine with no probs i also use xsoft spy and lavasoft adaware for removing spyware
