photoshop where can i buy it from etc

i would like to get and have a go with photoshop but wheres the best and cheapest place to get it

    I've got C S2 and Paint Shop Pro 9 if anyone wants a copy. Will have to wait til I'm back at work mid Sept. Got LOADS of plugins for them too.
